OVERALL PURPOSE: To support the implementation and maintenance of the organisations management systems, provide support for certification and regulatory body approval, auditing and inspections, and to report on management system performance to the Group Compliance Manager.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support in identifying and flow down of applicable compliance requirements to the business.
- Support in assurance of functional audit compliance to business management system processes.
- Support in generating business management system performance metrics output reports by function (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs).
- Support in identifying functional corrective actions and manage closure.
- Support in generating management system audits and findings.
- Support in documented, issue and maintain management systems and processes.
- Support in continuous improvements and lessons learned.
- Support in performing risk assessment activities that are required by the business.
- Support in reporting on the effectivity and performance of the management systems as required by the Group Compliance Manager.
- To maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- To ensure all business rules and regulations are met.
- To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English and Science at grade C or above.
- Recognised industry Apprenticeship.
- Compliance Assurance based qualifications.
- Industry recognised qualifications for management systems.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in business software, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
- Experience of compiling and presenting information through clear and accurate reports and presentations.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and communicate information effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in Aviation industry.
- Knowledge of management systems, including knowledge of standards relating to the function.
