IPC International, the purchasing and supply chain organisation for Subway Franchisees in Europe, is looking for a Senior Talent and Workforce Planning Manager to join our People and Culture Team.
The Role
It’s an exciting time for the organisation — IPC International was formed in 2025 by bringing together the IPC EMEA and IPC Asia Pacific teams to create a single global business. We’re looking for a Senior Talent and Workforce Planning Manager who will play a key role in the design and delivery of talent management, workforce planning, learning and development, employee value proposition, and reward strategies across our EMEA and APAC regions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a subject matter expert, ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a strong foundation in workforce planning practices. The successful candidate will have proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies, people frameworks, reward systems and learning and development initiatives that align with organisational goals, support growth, and adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams, employees, and external stakeholders, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and high performance. A strong understanding of people data and analytics is essential to identify trends, inform strategic decision‑making, and measure the impact of people initiatives. Experience working within diverse and global environments, alongside the ability to champion inclusive practices and celebrate cultural differences across the workforce, is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of international talent management, workforce planning, and people development strategies that support organisational growth and a high‑performance culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver succession planning, talent pipelines, graduate and internship programmes, and competency frameworks aligned with organisational values and future business needs.
- Design and deliver global learning and development strategies and programmes that enhance capability, support career progression, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Support the development of a competitive global reward strategy, including market benchmarking and employee value proposition initiatives, to attract and retain talent across international regions.
- Oversee talent systems, data, and analytics to monitor workforce trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic people decisions.
