Your key responsibility is to build relationships with new and existing clients and partners, understand their needs, and promote the VCOM solution. This role suits a self‑driven individual passionate about technology and sales across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling relevant products and solutions.
  • Monitor clients’ accounts and activities to ensure satisfaction and address issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess clients’ evolving needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, financial regulations, and product developments.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to client acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and account status.

  • Provide management reporting as required, maintaining funnel and forecast in Salesforce.com.

  • Develop a thorough contact matrix across all regions and maintain a good working relationship within the account base.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Clear, timely and professional communications across all channels (voice, email, meetings).
  • 5+ years proven experience identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Negotiating skills in pricing, service levels and delivery timelines.
  • Rapidly resolve client issues and escalates efficiently within the organization.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • 5+ years experience fostering strong long‑term professional relationships through regular communication, meetings, personalised service.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, service and others.
  • 5+ years creating and executing plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention and overall business growth.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proactive, resourceful, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
