You will be accountable for the full partnership and product lifecycle: strategy, relationship mapping, commercial negotiation, integration planning, joint go‑to‑market, operational governance, and ongoing performance. This is an exciting opportunity that is equal parts Product Management and Partnership Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the partnership strategy for ICE, LSEG, and Bloomberg across messaging, directory/identity, compliance capture, and managed connectivity.

  • Lead commercial negotiations (MSAs, partner agreements, renewals, SOWs) in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate technical integrations with Product & Engineering (APIs, federation gateways, directory sync, entitlements, retention/archiving, surveillance enablement) and drive partner certifications/listings.
  • Drive joint go‑to‑market with Marketing and Sales, including use cases, packaging, pricing, co‑marketing, and field enablement.
  • Establish governance cadence (QBRs/MBRs), manage escalations, and ensure operational SLAs and service quality for joint customers.
  • Partner with Compliance & InfoSec to align on regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC 17a‑4/18a‑6, FINRA, FCA, MiFID II) and complete due diligence and security reviews.
  • Track partner pipeline, forecast partner‑influenced revenue, and maintain accurate records in CRM/PRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes; translate insights into partner roadmap opportunities.
  • Represent IPC at industry and partner events; advocate for our customers and products within partner organizations.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Growth: Partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline/revenue across priority segments.
  • Adoption: Number of activated/joint customers, seats enabled, and utilization of integrated capabilities.
  • Velocity: Time‑to‑market for integrations, certifications, and solution launches.
  • Experience: Joint customer CSAT/NPS and quality of service metrics (SLA adherence, escalations resolved).
  • Compliance: Successful audits/assessments of retention/archiving and surveillance enablement for partner workflows.
  • Strategic Value: Achievement of partner designations, marketplace listings, and co‑innovation milestones.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with major market data/communications providers (e.g., ICE, LSEG/Refinitiv, Bloomberg) or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills (partner agreements, MSAs, SOWs, renewals).
  • Technical fluency with APIs, identity/directory (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), data entitlements, and communications compliance (retention/archiving, supervision).
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Executive presence, excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM/PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience at an exchange/data vendor, trading technology provider, or regulated financial institution.

  • Product management or solutions engineering experience; ability to translate customer/partner needs into roadmap requirements.
  • MBA or advanced degree; multilingual a plus.
