Role Overview

As the Global People Manager, you will lead IPC’s Regional People Partnering function, managing a team of five based across New York, Madrid, France, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, and owning the delivery, quality, and consistency of employee-facing HR support across regions. This role bridges global People strategy and local execution, ensuring that programs, policies, and priorities are translated into practical, compliant, and high-quality outcomes across locations. You will bring strong HR Business Partnering experience, particularly in employee relations and complex people matters, and apply it to elevate team capability, strengthening judgment, consistency, and confidence in decision-making. Acting as a central point of coordination and alignment, you will bring structure and operational rigor across employee relations, compliance, performance processes, and local program execution, while contributing to the design and continuous improvement of global People programs. This role requires a strong global mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in complexity and ambiguity, with solid exposure to employment law and the ability to navigate and apply local requirements across different jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Case Oversight: Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and well-judged outcomes. Guide the team in managing day-to-day employee issues with confidence and consistency.
  • Compliance & Employment Law Coordination: Ensure the identification and application of local labor law requirements across regions, ensuring policies and practices remain compliant. Apply a strong global mindset to navigate different jurisdictions, even where deep local expertise is not required.
  • Global Program Execution & Localization: Ensure global People programs (e.g., performance management, benefits, talent development, career growth) are effectively translated and executed at the local level. Contribute to program design by providing practical input to ensure scalability and real-world application.
  • Location Unification & Employee Experience: Drive consistency in how HR support is delivered within each location, balancing global standards with local needs. Strengthen the employee experience by ensuring clarity, alignment, and cohesion across regional teams.
  • Regional Coordination & Operational Excellence: Act as the central point of coordination for regional HR delivery, bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to processes and ways of working. Improve efficiency and consistency across employee-facing HR activities.
  • Stakeholder People Partnership: Support managers and business leaders on employee-related topics, providing practical, balanced guidance. Reinforce consistent application of policies and processes like recruitment and onboarding ensuring that new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Elevate the quality and consistency of HR delivery across regions.
  • Strengthen employee relations capability and decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless execution of global people programs locally.
  • Improve employee experience through structured, high-quality support.
