As a not-for-profit organisation owned by its members, IPAF provides technical advice, industry-leading training programmes, safety campaigns and operational guidance to the powered access industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join our team based in Crooklands, Cumbria.

This is a varied and rewarding role focused on supporting the day-to-day operation of our Customer Services team while helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the IPAF customer journey. Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you will coach, support and develop a team of Customer Services Advisors, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and support to provide outstanding service to members, training centres, instructors, delegates and colleagues across our global network.

Alongside supporting and nurturing the team, you will oversee service performance, manage escalated enquiries, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure customers receive a consistent, professional and high-quality service across all communication channels.

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with strong communication and leadership skills, a passion for developing people and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. Previous experience in a supervisory, mentoring or team leadership role would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full Time Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

  • Team Leader, Supervisor or coaching/mentoring experience (preferred)
