Customer Services Advisor

Full-Time On-site
IPAF

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide. As a not-for-profit organisation owned by its members, IPAF provides technical advice, industry-leading training programmes, safety campaigns and operational guidance to the powered access industry. Everything we do is driven by one objective: saving lives through safety and education.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team based in Crooklands, Cumbria.

This is a varied role supporting customers throughout their journey with IPAF, from prospective members and training centres joining our network, to supporting existing members, training centres, instructors and delegates with their enquiries. Working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience to our global community.

Day-to-day, you will manage enquiries via telephone, email and digital channels, process applications and licences, and provide essential administrative support across a range of IPAF services.

Full training will be provided, so we are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. Previous customer-facing experience is preferred, while experience with CRM systems or business applications would be advantageous but is not essential.

If you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a global organisation committed to making the powered access industry safer, we would love to hear from you.
