The Starter Programme is a 12‑month entry‑level advertising/media agency training scheme named The Pedal to Success. It shares knowledge across disciplines, teaches teamwork, and helps recruits discover their best role. At the end, they move into a defined team based on skillset and business needs.

- Start date: Tuesday 8th September
- Location: London office, Clerkenwell (3 days a week); must move if not currently commutable.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Spend 3 months in each of the following teams:
- Social – plan, activate, and report ad and influencer campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- Audio Visual (AV) – run campaigns on TV, radio, VOD; deploy budgets on Netflix, Kiss, ITV.
- Programmatic – use data‑driven tech on DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Paid Search & Retail Media – skills in Google Ads, Amazon Ads and other ecommerce platforms.
- Strategy & Insights – learn brand roadmap building and communication ecosystem shaping.
- Studios – learn creative brief, shoot coordination, and account management.
- Throughout the year, acquire account management and analytics skills, including:
- End‑to‑end account and campaign coordination.
- Social content and influencer management.
- Audience & competitor research with Brandwatch, AdIntel, Bicycle Connect.
- Analytics with GA4, Appsflyer.
- Reporting dashboards and insight extraction.
- Finance and billing systems.
- Client relationship and project management.
- Strategic & creative brainstorm attendance.
- AI‑enhanced productivity and data navigation.
