We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our brand and campaign clients. This person is the bridge between our clients and the teams who bring their projects to life. They will work closely with clients to understand their goals, keep them informed at every stage, and build the kind of trust that comes from consistent, clear communication. They will represent Particle6 externally with confidence, fielding procurement and compliance queries, articulating how we work to new and prospective clients. They will further stay informed on market developments relevant to the accounts they manage. Particle6 is an AI-forward creative production company, and AI tools are a genuine and embedded part of how we make work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing client relationships end to end, from onboarding new business through to post-delivery, acting as the primary point of contact throughout.
- Working across pods to ensure client requirements are understood, briefed accurately, and delivered to the right standard.
- Building a solid working knowledge of project budgets and timelines in order to speak to clients clearly and accurately about costs, scope, and delivery.
- Representing Particle6 in client-facing conversations, including answering procurement, compliance, and process queries with confidence and accuracy.
- Chairing client meetings, driving alignment between internal teams, and ensuring briefs are clear before work begins.
- Maintaining clear, up-to-date records of client information, reports, and project documentation in central locations accessible to the wider team.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and supporting new business conversations where relevant.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of account management or client-facing project management experience in a creative, production, or agency environment.
- A deep understanding of integrated global campaign delivery across digital, social, and broadcast channels.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships with professionalism, reliability, and commercial awareness.
- Strong understanding of how to onboard new clients and transition new business into active projects, including procurement and compliance processes from the client side.
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a clear grasp of how scope, budget, and timeline decisions affect client relationships.
- A demonstrable and genuine drive to work with AI tools and push what they can produce - we are not looking for passive interest, but active engagement.
- Strong commercial sense and the ability to flag risk, spot opportunity, and make sound judgements on behalf of both the client and the company.
Desirable
- Experience working in a technology-forward production environment.
- Researching clients, their markets, and their competitors to stay ahead of what they need and anticipate issues before they arise.
- Clear knowledge of AI content generation tools and workflows, working at the frontier of what the tools can currently produce.
- A solid understanding of end-to-end production processes, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs credibly when speaking with clients, without necessarily owning that function.
- Experience with client-side procurement systems and vendor onboarding processes.
