We don’t mind if you are a school leaver or graduate straight out of college or university, if this is your first role, or you come to us with some experience. If you can demonstrate a passion for data, proactivity and drive, we will, in turn, provide you with the platform to kick start your career in Media at a leading and award-winning media agency!

As an Account Executive, you will be at the heart of our high-performing team and the key to our clients' success. This is a fundamentally data-driven, hands-on role where your day-to-day will involve detailed analysis, numerical comfort, and a rigorous approach to campaign performance. You will learn the craft of media from the ground up, working on real campaigns from your very first week, building strong relationships, ensuring accuracy, and applying data to drive brilliant results for our clients.

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE

Depending on where your interests lie, you will join one of three key departments and specialise in one of five core areas:

  • Department: Digital
    • Specialism: Paid Search. Master building and optimising paid campaigns on Google and Bing at the exact point customers are searching for answers.
    • Specialism: Paid Social. Plan and execute campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more.
    • Specialism: Programmatic Display. The art and science of automated display, video and connected TV ad buying across the open web.
  • Department: Client Planning
    • Specialism: Media Planning. Learn how to blend different media channels, from TV and print to digital and social media.
  • Department: AV
    • Specialism: TV, AV & VOD. Master the art of media buying and activation planning across TV, video-on-demand (VOD), and streaming services.

If you’re unsure which area is the best fit, don't worry! We can help guide you during our initial chat.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
