A highly regarded specialist law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, supporting a varied portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters.

The Role

  • Manage trade mark and design deadlines, diary management and watch notices.
  • Prepare and file UK and international trade mark applications, renewals and recordals.
  • Support contentious matters, including oppositions, cancellations and revocations.
  • Liaise with clients, foreign associates and official bodies to progress matters.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare filing documentation and coordinate searches.
  • Assist with portfolio management.

Your Profile

  • CITMA Qualified with previous experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal within a recognised law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international trade mark procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing your own workload.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office and IP case management systems.
