On behalf of a leading IP specialist, we are seeking an experienced Associate Trade Mark Attorney to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded trade mark attorney to work with a high-quality client base across a broad range of sectors, advising on trade mark strategy, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will:
