We are delighted to be working with a well-established intellectual property practice on the appointment of a Legal PA / Legal Secretary to join their busy IP Solicitor team. This opportunity will see the successful individual provide a broad range of secretarial, PA, and administrative support to solicitors within a fast-paced litigation environment.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing legal correspondence and agreements
  • Diary and travel management
  • Billing support
  • Conflict checks
  • File management
  • Maintaining key dates and deadlines using systems such as IPMS and CMS

The client is keen to hear from experienced Legal Secretaries from any legal discipline who have worked within a deadline-driven environment. Previous exposure to intellectual property and/or litigation matters would be highly advantageous, alongside strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting fee earners with billing and administrative processes.
