A highly regarded specialist legal practice is seeking a proactive administrator to support its recruitment activity on an initial six-month temporary basis. This role sits within the HR team and focuses on ensuring candidate processes and student engagement events run smoothly and efficiently.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating availability with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Acting as a point of contact for recruitment partners and applicants to ensure interview arrangements progress promptly.
  • Reserving meeting spaces and arranging appropriate room setups for interviews.
  • Issuing interview invitations and updates through the firm’s recruitment platform.
  • Maintaining accurate interview schedules and candidate status records.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of interview documentation.
  • Organising and administering candidate assessments where required.

Additional administrative support will involve:

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of several annual student insight events, including managing attendee lists, schedules, venue arrangements, badges, catering coordination and on-site support.
  • Arranging participation in university careers fairs and managing associated logistics.
  • Monitoring event attendance and distributing invitations to participants.
  • Supporting outreach activities with universities, including vacancy promotion.
  • Preparing materials and presentations for campus events.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to order and monitor branded materials.
  • Compiling candidate expense information for submission to the finance team.

This opportunity would suit someone organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple coordination tasks within a professional services environment. The assignment is offered initially on a six-month temporary basis.
