A leading European intellectual property practice is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to support patent attorneys within a busy, high-quality patents team. The role can be based in Munich or London (hybrid working available).
Key responsibilities
- Managing patent prosecution formalities and deadlines, particularly before the EPO and German Patent Office
- Reviewing and processing incoming correspondence via electronic filing systems
- Maintaining case files, reminders, and attorney diaries
- Preparing standard correspondence and handling client billing tasks
- Supporting attorneys to meet critical legal deadlines and workflow demands
About you
- Proven experience working as a Patent Paralegal in Germany
- Strong working knowledge of German and European patent procedures
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced professional environment
