We are working on a brand new position for a CITMA Qualified Senior Trade Mark Paralegal/Legal Assistant with one of the UK’s most highly regarded practices. The role will take responsibility for tasks delegated by fee earners, and you will liaise with clients, IPOs, and foreign agents to ensure all queries are managed in a timely manner.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead by example, and help supervise, mentor, and train other team members ensuring the team work together and support each other.

The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of experience with international filing programmes, prosecution, registration and oppositions matters, filing and recording assignments and other name/address changes. You should also have experience drafting high quality correspondence and managing a busy diary reminder system.
