Patent Attorney (Mechanical Engineering) – 1–2 Years’ PQE
We are seeking a Patent Attorney with a Mechanical Engineering background, ideally dual-qualified (UK & European). The role involves drafting, prosecution, and strategic IP advice across a broad range of technologies including aerospace, medical devices, electronic devices, automotive, and oil & gas. Experience preparing freedom-to-operate opinions is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or related
- 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience
- UK & EP qualification preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work across varied technical subject matter
