We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Billing Assistant to support a busy Finance team within this specialist law firm. This role involves a mix of billing, accounts receivable and general finance administration, working closely with partners, colleagues and external suppliers.
Key duties include:
- Preparing and finalising client invoices (including e-billing)
- Processing payments and expenses
- Handling disbursements
- Reconciling accounts
- Responding to finance-related queries
- Assisting with client and matter set-up
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks
