Our client is a specialist law firm based in the City. They are seeking a 2nd Line Support Technician with a law firm/professional services background to join their established IT team.
- Providing support to users for all computer hardware and software
- Assisting with the deployment of computers including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment
- Assisting with the compilation and maintenance of inventory hardware and software
- Assisting with the management of user accounts
