This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to take the reins of an established private client team of eight. This firm is seeking an
ambitious and experienced private client partner to take a pivotal leadership role within the firm. No following is required.

The successful candidate will be empowered to head up the existing Private Client department and will have the autonomy to shape the department\’s future, develop its market presence, and drive its commercial success. This is an ideal role for a commercially-minded solicitor looking to make a significant impact and advance into a senior leadership position as Head of Private Client.

Team management experience is imperative.

STEP qualification highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and taking full responsibility for the growth and performance of the private client practice.
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of external contacts and referrers.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with other departments to maximise internal referral opportunities and provide a seamless service to existing firm clients.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of client care and compliance are maintained across the department.
  • Supervising and mentoring all private client fee earners.
