We have partnered with a top-tier firm that has an established fee share model and wishes to grow its IP practice still further. They are actively recruiting partner-level IP lawyers who require a better work-life balance, the ability to earn more, flexibility and control over their work, and the ability to work from anywhere.

What they provide in return is a well-honed platform and support infrastructure so that all you need to do is generate revenue and develop your practice. This fee share model means that partners are self-employed, retaining circa 70-80% of their billings.
