Excellent opportunity to join this market-leading IP and Patent litigation team. We are working with a top-tier full-service law firm in their search for senior level patent disputes lawyers to join their London team as part of the ongoing growth of their IP practice, particularly within the Tech & Media and Life Sciences sectors.
This renowned IP practice is a genuine ‘one-stop-shop’ providing prosecution, litigation and licensing. The team is staffed with solicitors, barristers, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys, all of whom work alongside specialist practice managers and patent and trade mark paralegals.
They act for leading companies in the Technology, Media & Comms, Life Science & Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy and Mechanical Engineering sectors. The work includes UK litigation as well as coordination of multi-jurisdictional litigation globally, with litigation taking place before the General Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, IP Enterprise Court and UKIPO.
It is an exciting time to join the team, with significant growth planned. We would like to talk to patent attorneys and/or patent solicitors with a minimum of 7 years PQE with an interest in focusing on patent disputes (however, they would also be interested in those looking for a broader IP litigation spread).
The team is rapidly growing so these roles would suit someone who is looking to be part of an exciting dynamic team.
