We are currently recruiting for a strong opportunity within a well-respected and growing law firm IP practice wherein the diverse clientele consists of Fortune 500 companies, leading international innovators, start-up companies, and universities.
Here, you will prepare and prosecute patent applications and have responsibilities pertaining to a range of other patent protection issues as the needs arise (e.g., patentability and infringement opinions, patent portfolio strategic counseling, etc.) while working closely with clients, inventors, and other IP professionals.
Patent Attorney Requirements:
- Must have a state bar and be licensed to practice before the USPTO.
- A PhD in biology or biochemistry.
- At least 2 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience.
