We’re hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Central Bristol. Looking to start a high-earning career in recruitment, not just land another job? At IP-People, we’re a specialist recruitment business working with some of the UK’s fastest-growing technology solutions and managed service providers, across:

  • Cyber Security
  • Network Connectivity
  • UC&C

We’re now hiring ambitious, driven trainees to join us at the start of their recruitment journey. This could be for you if you come from:

  • University / graduate background
  • Sales or customer-facing roles
  • Hospitality, retail, or service-led environments

If you’ve got drive, confidence, and ambition, we’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and speaking to candidates daily
  • Building strong market knowledge and relationships
  • Matching candidates to live roles
  • Writing and promoting job adverts
  • Learning how recruitment really works — end to end

You’ll start on the delivery side, with clear progression into our 360 recruitment model once you’re ready.
