We’re hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Central Bristol. Looking to start a high-earning career in recruitment, not just land another job? - Network Connectivity

We’re now hiring ambitious, driven trainees to join us at the start of their recruitment journey. This could be for you if you come from:
- University / graduate background
- Sales or customer-facing roles
- Hospitality, retail, or service-led environments
If you’ve got drive, confidence, and ambition, we’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and speaking to candidates daily
- Building strong market knowledge and relationships
- Matching candidates to live roles
- Writing and promoting job adverts
- Learning how recruitment really works — end to end
You’ll start on the delivery side, with clear progression into our 360 recruitment model once you’re ready.
