A leading Managed Service Provider with a strong presence across the UK is expanding its commercial leadership team and seeking an experienced SDR Manager to drive pipeline growth and team performance. This organisation focuses on a portfolio of Connectivity, Cloud, IT Services, Cyber Security, and Communication solutions to organisations nationwide. This is a full-time hybrid role for an SDR Manager based in Surrey, with flexibility for remote working. The SDR Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the wider sales function. The role will focus on driving outbound prospecting performance, improving conversion rates, implementing effective sales development strategies, and building a high-performing culture within the team.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams, the SDR Manager will play a key role in pipeline generation, team coaching, reporting, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive outbound lead generation and prospecting performance across multiple channels
- Develop and implement sales development strategies to improve pipeline generation
- Monitor KPIs, activity levels, and conversion metrics to optimise team performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, targeting, and messaging
- Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting across the SDR function
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new team members
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, outreach effectiveness, and lead quality
Proven experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation leadership. Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams. Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools to manage performance metrics. Previous experience within Technology, IT Services, Connectivity, or Cyber Security sectors is advantageous. Confident managing outbound sales environments and fast-paced teams.
