A leading Managed Service Provider with a strong presence across the UK is expanding its commercial sales team and seeking an experienced Enterprise SDR to drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting into enterprise-level organisations. Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Enterprise SDR based in Surrey. The Enterprise SDR will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities within large enterprise organisations through proactive outbound prospecting. The role will focus on engaging senior decision-makers, identifying business challenges, and creating sales opportunities for the wider commercial team. Working closely with paired Account Executives, the Enterprise SDR will play a key role in building pipeline, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, strategic outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and engage enterprise-level decision-makers including C-suite and senior IT stakeholders
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for a paired Account Executive
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to business challenges and industry trends
  • Manage and progress prospect engagement through the early stages of the sales cycle
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, account targeting, and messaging strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline targets
  • Build strong knowledge of Cloud, Connectivity, Cyber Security, and Managed Service solutions
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness, messaging, and conversion performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Prospecting roles
  • Experience targeting enterprise or mid-market organisations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, commercially driven, and motivated by targets and progression opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospecting campaigns
  • Previous experience within Technology, IT Services, Connectivity, or Cyber Security sectors is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance outbound sales environments
