A leading provider of Networking and Cyber-Security solutions, supporting a wide range of clients. They operate globally, and their UK operation is growing rapidly, and they are now seeking an Agile Resource Manager to join their high-performing Project Management Office.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resource Manager to take ownership of team scheduling and Agile delivery across key tech projects. You’ll manage project resourcing day-to-day, support project coordination on larger initiatives, and lead Agile ceremonies for the Automation Team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing resource allocation across all active projects
- Leading Agile stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitoring utilisation and reassigning resources where necessary
- Producing reports and forecasts on utilisation, burn-downs, and resourcing metrics
- Supporting the delivery of large-scale projects in coordination with the wider team
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies
- Comfortable using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a Resource Manager, Resource Planner, or Scrum Master role (3+ years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
