We're supporting a well-funded and fast-growing technology investment group as they look to hire their first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join early and build a repeatable growth engine across a portfolio of IT Services and Managed Services businesses. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, implement best practice, and directly influence how growth is delivered across multiple brands. The role sits at the intersection of demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations and growth strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and deploying a repeatable growth marketing playbook across multiple businesses
- Driving inbound demand through website optimisation, SEO, content and conversion strategies
- Developing outbound campaigns across email, digital and targeted prospecting channels
- Managing paid acquisition activity and optimising performance against lead generation targets
- Implementing and standardising marketing technology, automation and reporting
- Building referral, partner and co-marketing programmes
- Working closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives
- Using AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and execution
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnel optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Hands-on approach with the ability to combine strategy and execution
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Experience within IT Services, Managed Services, SaaS or Technology environments would be highly advantageous
