We're working with a growing, award-winning UK technology services business looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of key customers and ensure they get maximum value from their managed services.

The role

  • Own relationships across a portfolio of key customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Lead regular Customer Success / Service Reviews.
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, SLAs and service performance.
  • Manage escalations and ensure issues are driven through to resolution.
  • Understand customer goals and align services to their evolving needs.
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement, retention and value.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Develop customer success plans and track actions/outcomes.
  • Work closely with Service Desk, Technical, Projects and Sales teams.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Service Management within an MSP/technology environment (including CCaa S).
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing customer reviews, SLAs, escalations and service performance.
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of retention, customer value and growth.
  • Proactive, organised and confident communicating with customers.
  • ITIL knowledge would be beneficial.
