We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Lead with a background within the technology services / managed services space, to drive large-scale operational improvement across a complex, multi-technology environment.
This is a high-impact role, focusing on turning strategy into execution. You’ll lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, resilience and service quality — ensuring change is fully embedded into day-to-day operations, not delivered as stand-alone projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of operational transformation and service improvement initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, structured transformation programmes
- Design, deliver and embed a future-state Target Operating Models
- Improve end-to-end processes
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to improve tooling, data, automation and workflows
