They seek an experienced Integration Project Manager to help turn strategic acquisitions into operational success.
The Role
You'll lead the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses and major transformation programmes, aligning people, systems, processes, and products into a unified, efficient operating model. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll protect customer experience, safeguard revenue, and accelerate the realisation of synergies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full integration delivery, from pre-close planning to post-merger stabilisation, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Translate due diligence findings into actionable integration plans covering systems, data, processes, and people.
- Lead and coordinate multi-functional workstreams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Product, Commercial).
- Oversee system and data integration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, reporting, and SteerCo packs for executive stakeholders.
- Drive communication, engagement, and change adoption across teams.
- Support broader business transformation projects beyond M&A, applying best-practice PMO standards.
What You'll Bring
- Project Management experience which involves post-merger integrations or large-scale business change (ideally in IT, telecoms, or technology sectors).
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-workstream integrations covering systems, data, and customer operations.
- Expertise in project governance, reporting, and benefits tracking (RAID, PMO controls).
- Strong knowledge of process alignment, systems consolidation, and data migration (CRM, ERP, billing, HRIS).
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (MSP, PMP, or equivalent preferred).
- Proficiency with project tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, or Power BI.
