A successful UK-based Managed Service Provider is looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Account Manager to join their expanding team. Supporting SMEs across London, the Thames Valley and Milton Keynes, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys building long-term, value-led client partnerships. The business provides Microsoft solutions, Managed IT support, Cloud Solutions and Cyber Security services, helping organisations maximise performance, resilience and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the primary point of contact
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
- Drive account retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed IT, cloud and cyber services
- Run regular account reviews, QBRs and strategic roadmap discussions
- Translate client needs into tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with technical, service delivery and cyber teams to ensure excellent service
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data within CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within an MSP environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Commercial awareness with a track record in B2B sales and account growth
- Experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape
- Experience selling a mix of services, including: Managed IT support & service desk, Microsoft 365 Azure and cloud solutions, Cyber Security (endpoint, backup & disaster recovery, SIEM)
- Ability to demonstrate tangible sales success (e.g. revenue growth, account expansion, client maturity improvements)
