We're seeking a technically capable and customer-focused Support Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering IT support and project services to a diverse client base across Yorkshire and the wider UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining technical support, client-facing work, and involvement in infrastructure projects.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and assisting with the deployment and maintenance of IT solutions for a broad range of customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote and onsite technical support (2nd Line level)
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
  • Configuring and deploying new equipment and devices
  • Supporting IT installations and customer projects
  • Working across a variety of Microsoft and networking technologies
  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Experience supporting Windows Server
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting networking including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching and firewalls
  • Ability to travel to customer sites across the local area
  • Experience within a MSP environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
