We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a leading UK-based technology solutions team. This is a hybrid role and ideal for someone early in their sales engineering journey, who’s eager to grow in a leading organisation.
About the Role
As a Presales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, documentation, and costing of solutions across Unified Communications (UCaaS), Customer Experience (CCaaS), and Security & Networking.
You’ll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and commercial teams to translate business requirements into high-level technical designs and ensure solutions meet both technical and commercial objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design of networking, collaboration, and customer experience solutions (LAN, WAN, Cloud, Automation & AI).
- Contribute to solution diagrams, technical documentation, and bills of materials.
- Produce cost models and ensure designs meet profitability and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams.
- Assist with technology evaluations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Maintain CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and help coordinate internal resources.
