A leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.
Location: Basingstoke (Onsite)
Salary: £25-35k
Interesting and varied role including:
- 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues
- Provide in-person deskside support and basic training
- Device Management
- Asset management
- Managing meeting rooms and related AV/media equipment
- Preparing equipment for new joiners
- Creating/maintaining guides and documentation
