About the Role:
As Head of Technical Operations, you’ll oversee Network Operations, Systems/IT Infrastructure and overall Operational technical support, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement cutting-edge technologies and lead a high-performing team in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the technical operations team across Network, IT and Systems functions – 4+ Direct Reports.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical operations strategy.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability with KPIs and best practices. ITIL.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive tech adoption and operational improvements.
- Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage infrastructure capacity, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Foster a high-performance, innovative, and customer-focused team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in technical operations or IT infrastructure management, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in OSS/BSS, IT systems/DevOps, Cloud platforms and network operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and SLAs.
- A customer-first mindset with a track record of proactive issue resolution.
