The Role
As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on strategic account growth, commercial performance, and long-term customer value. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to drive outcomes across a broad technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow enterprise accounts, identifying white space and cross-sell opportunities across multiple technology pillars
- Build and execute structured account plans, IT roadmaps and risk registers aligned to customer objectives
- Lead and deliver high-quality QBRs covering service performance, risks, roadmap progress and commercial opportunities
- Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Projects, Operations)
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene to support forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
- Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, upsell and contract changes
- Support onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT, technology, managed services or MSP environments, ideally selling to enterprise or upper mid-market customers
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, shape and close complex opportunities
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading structured commercial conversations
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Customer-first, solutions-led approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Full UK driving licence
