How to prepare for a job interview at IP-People
✨Know Your Tech Inside Out
Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server environments, Office 365, and networking basics. Be ready to discuss specific scenarios where you've solved technical issues, as this will show your hands-on experience.
✨Show Off Your Customer Service Skills

✨Prepare for Problem-Solving Questions
Expect to tackle some technical challenges during the interview. Practice explaining your thought process when troubleshooting issues. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and demonstrate your problem-solving skills.
