London: Hybrid – 2 days £30,000–£40,000 base + double OTE
We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing technology business operating at the intersection of connectivity, infrastructure and the built environment. They’re doing things differently in a traditionally slow-moving market and are scaling quickly as demand accelerates. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious SDR / Sales Executive to join a high-growth organisation where you’ll have real exposure to senior stakeholders, complex deals, and a clear progression path into a broader Business Development role.
The Role
- Identifying and researching target clients and markets
- Generating outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, phone and networking
- Qualifying inbound enquiries and booking discovery meetings
- Working closely with senior sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities
- Managing CRM activity and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Building long-term relationships with prospective clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR / BDR or sales-focused role
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
- Commercially minded, target-driven and well organised
- An interest in technology, infrastructure, PropTech or digital services
- Experience in ISP / MSP / PropTech environments is highly desirable
