The business is known for its consultative sales approach, long‑term customer relationships, and strong delivery capability, supporting organisations across both the public and private sectors.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building long‑term customer partnerships while driving new business growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts alongside developing new opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring solutions deliver real, measurable value. You’ll work closely with pre‑sales, service delivery, and operational teams to create tailored solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the full sales lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development within an IT, MSP, or technology‑led environment
- Strong understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, Networking, or Security sales cycles
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned to Managed Services, Cloud, Network, and Security solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, expanding relationships and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Own the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and decision‑makers
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, operations, and service delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions
