We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change within a leading full-fibre network provider. This role involves managing end-to-end change processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth transitions across IT applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring governance and risk management compliance.
- Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Conduct impact assessments, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of technical changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Change Management, ideally within IT, telecoms, or professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Background in OSS/BSS environments and Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
