We are working with a well-established, award-winning UK Managed Services provider delivering secure, cloud-led IT, connectivity and cyber solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. With a strong reputation for service quality, consistently high NPS scores, and a people-first culture, this organisation supports a broad customer base across Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber Security and Managed Services.

The Role

This is a true New Business Account Director position with a balanced focus:

  • 50% new logo acquisition – identifying, engaging and winning new enterprise customers
  • 50% overlay into existing accounts – working alongside Account Managers to unlock white space and drive cross-sell growth

You will operate at a strategic level, building strong stakeholder relationships, leading complex sales cycles and positioning multi-pillar technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise and upper mid-market organisations
  • Develop and execute targeted new business plans aligned to sector and solution strategy
  • Identify and exploit white space opportunities within existing customer accounts (in collaboration with internal Account Management teams)
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solution shaping, commercial structuring and negotiation
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers with value-led, outcome-focused conversations
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Projects and Operations to deliver compelling proposals
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline to support accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Achieve and exceed new business and growth revenue targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven new business sales experience within IT, Managed Services, Connectivity or Cyber Security
  • Strong track record of winning new logos and closing complex, multi-solution deals
  • Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market organisations
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify, shape and close strategic opportunities
  • Confident operating at C-suite level
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable managing longer sales cycles
  • Full UK driving licence
