Business Development Representative (IT, Tech) – Cyber Security & Networking Solutions
A fast-growing UK-based Cyber Security and Networking solutions provider is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound lead generation and pipeline development. What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Use a mix of cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn engagement, and event follow-ups to connect with senior decision-makers
- Build awareness and generate interest in advanced Cyber Security and Networking solutions
- Book meetings by understanding prospect challenges, needs, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine campaigns and drive results
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline momentum
- Attend industry events to represent the business and create valuable connections
- Share prospect feedback to continuously improve lead-generation strategies
What We’re Looking For
- MSP / Service Provider experience would be ideal; or commercial awareness and curiosity about cyber security and networking
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport quickly
