We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing technology solutions providers to recruit a Business Development Director into a strategic Secure Networking & SASE division. This is a genuine new business role, but not one where you're expected to build everything from scratch. The business has invested heavily in its vendor partnerships, particularly with Fortinet, who actively support the sales team with introductions into targeted end-user organisations. Alongside this, you'll benefit from dedicated marketing, pre-sales, solution architects and targeted outbound campaigns, allowing you to focus on converting high-value opportunities rather than endless cold prospecting.

The Role

This is a consultative enterprise sales position focused on Secure Networking, SD-WAN, SASE and wider network transformation. The split is approximately:

  • 80% New Logo Acquisition
    • Targeted enterprise prospecting
    • Fortinet-led customer introductions
    • Vendor and marketing generated opportunities
    • Full ownership of the sales cycle
  • 20% Existing Customer Growth
    • Developing whitespace opportunities
    • Cross‑selling wider managed services where appropriate

What You’ll Be Selling

  • Secure Networking
  • SD‑WAN
  • SASE / SSE
  • Zero Trust solutions
  • Managed Network Services
  • Wider Cyber, Cloud and Managed Services portfolio

We’re Looking For

You’ll likely have experience selling one or more of the following:

  • Secure Networking
  • SD‑WAN
  • SASE
  • Managed Network Services
  • Connectivity
  • Cyber Security
  • Managed Services

You’ll be comfortable engaging CIOs, IT Directors and senior technology leaders, running consultative sales cycles and winning strategic enterprise opportunities.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Fortinet partnership generating introductions into targeted enterprise customers
  • Strong marketing and pre‑sales support
  • Clear focus on quality opportunities rather than high-volume cold calling
  • Excellent technical capability behind you
  • Uncapped earnings with genuine six-figure potential
  • Hybrid working with London travel approximately 1–2 times per month
