A high-growth cyber & networking services business (~£70m UK&I revenue) is looking to appoint a Finance Director for their UK&I operations, covering both the UK business and Irish entity.

This is a commercially focused leadership role where finance is not just about control and reporting; it’s about actively shaping growth, margin performance, and strategic decision making across the business.

What this role really involves:

  • You’ll sit as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure financial insight directly drives business performance.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, not just reviewing numbers, but actively influencing pricing, profitability, and service line growth.

  • Full ownership of UK&I financial performance, governance, and reporting.
