- Proactively identifying and resolving network/security issues
- Performing upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Managing escalations and vendor engagement where required
- Delivering high-quality service within strict SLA frameworks
- Keeping customers updated throughout incident resolution
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing Palo Alto best practice
- Driving continual service improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies (NGFW + wider platform)
- Solid networking background (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Strong troubleshooting across complex network/security environments
- Experience in ITIL-based environments with SLA ownership
- Experience with monitoring tools (SNMP / Zabbix or similar)
- Strong communication skills with customer-facing confidence
Certifications (Essential)
- PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) or equivalent current certification
Desirable:
- Prisma Access / SASE experience
- SD-WAN exposure (ideally Palo Alto ecosystem)
- Additional Palo Alto certifications (NGFW / SSE / etc.)
