Infrastructure Engineer - Managed Services
We're working with an established technology solutions provider looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team.
A great opportunity for a senior engineer to take ownership of complex escalations, infrastructure management and technical projects, working across modern IT environments with excellent training and development opportunities.
Aldershot | On-Site (Mon-Fri)
What we're looking for:
- Strong 3rd Line Support / Infrastructure Engineering experience within an MSP or corporate IT environment.
- Advanced Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy & Intune knowledge.
- Expertise with VMware, Hyper-V & Nutanix virtualisation platforms.
- Solid networking, cyber security & patch management knowledge.
- Experience handling complex escalations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Exposure to CrowdStrike would be advantageous.
Key Requirements:
- Must be eligible for BPSS & SC security clearance.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- 5 days on-site
