A leading provider of Networking and Cyber-Security solutions, supporting a wide range of clients. They operate globally, and their UK operation is growing rapidly, and they are now seeking an Agile Resource Manager to join their high-performing Project Management Office.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resource Manager to take ownership of team scheduling and Agile delivery across key tech projects. You’ll manage project resourcing day-to-day, support project coordination on larger initiatives, and lead Agile ceremonies for the Automation Team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing resource allocation across all active projects
  • Leading Agile stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitoring utilisation and reassigning resources where necessary
  • Producing reports and forecasts on utilisation, burn-downs, and resourcing metrics
  • Supporting the delivery of large-scale projects in coordination with the wider team

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies
  • Comfortable using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a Resource Manager, Resource Planner, or Scrum Master role (3+ years)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
