The Company
An established player within the UK Connectivity and Managed Services space – they now offer a very broad and eclectic mix of services, which is a long way from their origins as a Telecommunications specialist! They operate globally, having offices both in the UK and abroad!
The Position – Account Manager
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large and high-potential accounts to exceed sales and retention targets.
- Onboard new customers to the partner program, aligning with their technology needs and future plans.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities in customer strategies, positioning as their preferred partner for purchasing decisions.
- Follow internal processes for forecasting and account management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to convert bookings into revenue.
What experience do you need?
- It is necessary that you have worked in an ISP/MSP or similar Service Provider
- Experience selling Connectivity – WAN/LAN, Broadband, Ethernet, SDWAN etc
- Experience within a Sales position – Account Manager, Business Development Manager
