1st Line Service Desk Engineer – Manchester (Hybrid) | £22,000–£27,000 + Benefits
We\’re hiring a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join a growing, people-first Managed Service Provider with a passion for technical excellence and personal development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering friendly, professional 1st line support to a diverse client base
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues via phone, email & ticketing systems
- Logging and managing tickets in Autotask (or similar ITSM tools)
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd line with clear documentation
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, Office, Active Directory & networking
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months\’ IT support experience (MSP background a big plus)
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, M365, Teams, AD, basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs)
- Great communicator, team player, calm under pressure
- Motivated, keen to learn, and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
